Gramsci was undoubtedly one of the most influen=
tial
Marxists of all time. Gramsci may never have li=
ved to
see his ideas bloom to fruition, but if he was to pay a visit to the current
post-modern West, he would see much to his liking, and would no doubt smile
with quiet satisfaction that so many advances had been made using his metho=
ds.
If I was writing a history of the most influential social figures of the C2=
0th,
he would definitely be one of them.
Yet despite all this, very few people know who Gramsci=
is and it is unlikely he would be named in a vox
pop survey on the C20th's most notorious communists. Gramsci
did not have a school of thought named after him, like Trotsky. He did not
command hundreds of millions, like Mao. He did not have massive statues bui=
lt
of him like Lenin. He did not have an elaborate personality cult dedicated =
to him
like the Kim dynasty of

Antonio Gramsci (1891-1937) was just as happy a=

The main criticism of Lenin was that he had a poor grasp of human nature. He
believed firmly that all the worlds people were obsessively interested in
politics, and thus only needed to be "awakened" and hey presto, m=

political action. But as history notes, this didnt happen; why? Gramsc=

held that it was because most people actually dont
care about politics, such is their obsession with the minute details of the=

own lives. Therefore, Gramsci told Marxists nei=

Gramsci instead favoured
what could be termed "surgical activism". Gr=

understood that a society has several "nerve cent=

its mass media, its churches, its trade unions, its schools and university's
etc. These nerve centres had, and still have, t=

and massive influence in shaping the culture of a nation. Therefore, in ord=

to bring about a leftist soceity, a small but
dedicated group of leftist inflitrators would h=
ave to
infiltrate these organs and then having seized control in shadowy coup <=

tres
to put out the leftist message and thus use these nerve centres
to change the culture to a leftist one. As one anonymous poster on an inter=

effortlessly". Having the right people in the right places, even if
there aren't many of them, can have dramatic influence. No one understood t=

better than Gramsci, who knew that most people =

not leftist and therefore do not share their sick views and beliefs.
Gramsci also understood that leftists would hav=

camouflage their intentions. If people are direct and strident about wantin=

far left society like Lenin was, then the people can see it for what it is,=

resist. But with a few clever twists of words and altruistic sounding smoke
screens, the left could use "semantic warfare" to turn the screw
against freedom loving people, who would be fooled into thinking the intent=
ions
of leftists were genuine. This advice quickly influenced leftists like Norm=

Thomas, the American Socialist Party candidate who once wrote: "The American people will never knowing=

adopt socialism, but under the name
of liberalism they will adopt every fragment of the socialist program until=

Gramsci had laid down tactics that were fiendis=

then use your control of them to get them to support your
"progressive" leftist agenda. This agendas true aims can be hidden
and disguised by semantic warfare to fool people. Unlike Lenin, he saw no
problem with a broad alliance of leftists, such as feminists, gay activists,

The Church
Gramsci had a special contempt for the Christian
religion, although he had to concede its undoubted role in influencing a

As a Christian, it comes, sadly, as no surprise that such rampant apostacy and false teaching is taking root. Indeed, t=

The church has also begun relegating the genuine gospel as an after thought.
Instead, the church throws its weight behind a large number of touchy-feely
"social justice" causes, such as Make Poverty History, and Racial
Justice Sunday. Most recently, the church has challenged its members to liv=
e as
"asylum seekers" to defend the lefts policy of open borders (link).
Yet it is strangely silent about things like the astronomical abortion rate=
in
the West, binge drinking, sexually transmitted diseases and and
pornography and violence in the media. Thanfully at
least some Christians understand that it is the true gospel and not the soc=
ial
one which the West needs, even if that means being lab=
elled
politically incorrect (link).
Education
The leftists definitely saw infiltration of
schools, universities and educational authorities as a key objective. In 19=

William Z Foster, leader of the Communist Party of the USA stated in his
handbook "Towards a Soviet America" that "Among the
elementary measures the American Soviet government will adopt to further the
cultural revolution are the following: the schools, colleges, and universit=
ies
will be coordinated and grouped under the National Department of Education =

its state and local branches. The studies will be revolutionized, being
cleansed of religious, patriotic, and other features of the bourgeoisie
ideology. The students will be taught on the basis of Marxian dialectical
materialism, internationalism, and the general ethics of the new socialist

Gramsci also understood that in a class roo=
m,
young childrens minds are essentially putty in =

hands of whoever is teaching them, and Gramsci
believed that it was vital to indoctrinate young children with a leftist so=
cial
agenda as soon as possible. Indeed, children as young as 4 are being
indoctrinated to believe that homosexuality is wonderful (link),

and this tactic of "warning" youngsters about "homophobia&qu=

has been supported in the past by left wing radical and gay rights activist=

Tatchell. In North America, a childrens
reading book called "King and King" has been circulated to
youngsters, telling the tale of two princes who fall in love with each othe=
r.
In other schemes, young children are taught that it is possible to have
"two mommies" or "two daddies" and talks are arranged w=
here
these "families" give talks to the children (link).
There is a new business in selling t-shirts and baby clothing bearing the
message "I love my two daddies/mommies" on it (link), meaning even
kindergarten aged children can be transformed into human propaganda posters=
for
their class mates to see.
This has triggered many families to pull their children out of state school=
s,
and instead to home school them where they are safe from the leftist
educational assault on young minds; at least until they go to university, a=
nd
which point the leftist mind attacks begin again.
Lets look again at part of Fosters statement=

infiltrators in academia. Getting people to hate their country and its valu=

successful. Indeed, many colleges operate a "speech code" system,
which all students and staff are bound to obey, =

threatens them with extreme punishment if they deviate from the "party
line" on leftist causes. Many academics like Professor's Eysenck, Jensen, Rushton =

Fraser have found out that leftists control the educational establishments,=
and
many students dependent on scholarships have to bite their tongues lest the=

scholarship or grades be penalised.
Media
The leftist controls the media, both the entertainment media of movies, mus=
ic,
novels and theatre and the news media, on which millions rely for their vie=
w of
the world.
The news media is notoriously left wing. For example, the BBC in

particularly pronounced in the hospital drama's Casualty and its spin

news media industry stated that their was a Marxist bias in the news media.
