This is a metaphor for the electoral abuse at the hands of a major party. The Wakehurst Parkway which is one of only 3 roads in and out of Mackellar floods regularly. And last weekend It was The Wakehurst AND Mona Vale road flooded at the same time, leaving just Pittwater Road as the one and only road in and out.
If you vote for more of the same (Liberal in this case) you’ll get more of the same.
