Something I read months ago and forgotten about but have just read again, in Dinesh D’souza’s book Hillary’s America, and it’s one of those tell tale loose ends, a small detail, that demonstrates what a confabulating liar and bullshit artist she really is.
When asked about her name, Hillary, she said that her mother named her Hillary after the first man to climb Mt Everest, Sir Edmund Hillary.
The loose end, small detail lies in the fact that she was born in 1947 and Sir Edmund Hillary was totally unknown. He didn’t climb Everest until 1953. Hillary Rodman would have been six and going to school.
