Sometimes when you see and here about the incredible disparities of wealth with the uber wealthy billionaire class and the people struggling to even get a foot on the ladder and buy a modest home, you do wonder if we’re heading back to the medieval society and the feudal system.
Back then there was a clear hierarchy with the king at the top of the pyramid, followed by the nobility of lords, lieges, ladies, vassals and then the peasants. The peasantry worked on a feudal manor and spent their lives working the land to supply the food for the kingdom and pay rent to the lord for the privilege.
When you hear the WEF and their mantra that “𝐲𝐨𝐮’𝐥𝐥 𝐨𝐰𝐧 𝐧𝐨𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐛𝐞 𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐲”, it is ripe with all the imagery of the feudalism of 1000 years ago.
It appears that the conquences of growing the population by several hundred thousand people places a demand on the available propertues resulting in a prices of property.
The concerns are falling on “deaf ears” of federal and state government
The price of housing will not because we will not have the capacity to build the hundreds of thousands of dwellings needed to house additional people.
Similarly, we have this uncoordied closing of coal-fired power stations without an equivalent “renewable” power station ready to go online.
The consequence of a lack of coordination of switching sources of power generation are shortages of power which also results in increases in power.
I don’t believe that this is due to the incompetence of government.
Rather I believe that such policies are enginered scarcity.
I may be drawing a “long bow”, that the big picture may be result of the Judeo-Christian ethos which starts with an attack on the family unit.
The breakdown of the family unit has its origins in sexual freedom of the free-love movement, the occult and marxism.

Think about this way. If in the “old” days, one partner in the household went to work. One wage could feed, clothe and house a family.
Ironically, both heads of the household have to work and they (i) cannot afford to feed and clothe a family and (ii) there are constraints in paying the mortgage or rent.
The so called work will make you free and the demonisation of being a homekeeper has not reduced improved the living conditions of people.
