In addition to my usual Random Notes yesterday I introduced a new concept of what’s known as “the elevator or penthouse pitch”.

That is, explaining something or selling an idea in the time it takes to travel with someone from the ground floor to the penthouse.

Martin Luther King talked about judging people “𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐢𝐫 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐢𝐫 𝐬𝐤𝐢𝐧”.

DEI (Diversity Equity and Inclusion) teaches the exact opposite. That if you don’t judge and see a person through the lens of colour, you’re not seeing them at all. Or to put it another way, their race and colour is really what you should be judging before anything else.

That’s just how totally f$#cked up, messed up, twisted and fraudulent DEI is. It is not even reverse racism.

It’s racism in its most distilled form.

To that end, this viral YouTube clip featuring 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐝 𝐨𝐟 𝐃𝐄𝐈 𝐚𝐭 𝐆𝐨𝐨𝐠𝐥𝐞 no less, a totally unaware, vacuous, smiling bimbo, Adrielle Parker explains the evils of DEI in exactly 60 seconds.
