Sam Dastyari on Q&A misses the point entirely. The very reason his family left Iran is the very same reason that drives many Australians to agree, (irrespective of how impractical) to agree with Hanson. In other words what Dastyapri can’t or won’t admit to, is that the crazies and the crazy theological thinking that drove his parents to leave Iran has followed him and millions of others into the once safe havens in the West.
Of all people, because of his family experience should know better and at least partly agree with Hanson.
