I noticed on X earlier this week a Gaza/Palestinian demagogue propagandist going off and saying forcefully and with great certainty and conviction that even Christ was a Palestinian.
This sorta, kinda overlooks the historical fact that Palestine as an area didn’t exist until a hundred years AFTER the crucifiction when Judea and Samaria were rebranded for political purposes, Syria-Palaestina after the Bar Kokhba revolt of 132-135AD, by the Roman Emperor Hadrian.
Interestingly even this 5 minute video history capsule doesn’t pick upon this point.
Even if Jesus wasn’t a Jew (he was) he couldn’t have been a Palestinian anyway. No one could. It didn’t exist.
As for the Palestinians having been around for 5000 years, again just total fabrication.
Try 1964…That’s right, 1964. Sixty one years ago. That’s when the Palestinians as a people were birthed. They’re younger than many of us.
