We often hear the boffins and the ideologues like Zali Steggall or the teals and Greens, even Labor refer to the โ๐ญ๐ก๐ ๐ฌ๐๐ข๐๐ง๐๐โ ๐จ๐ซ โ๐ญ๐ก๐ ๐๐ฑ๐ฉ๐๐ซ๐ญ๐ฌโ as if the use of those words elevates the matter at hand to an intellectual plane mere mortals simply wonโt understand. By such deference, the strategy also allows them to adopt a seemingly neutral position.

In other words itโs quasi intellectual bullshit but it is gaining more and more of a foothold.
Science is all about experiments.

Thatโs the science. It’s not complicated.
The assault on our senses with the argument over shark nets is the same pseudo intellectual science and faux intellectualism that is deployed with respect to bushfire mitigation and the use of hazard reduction and burning fire breaks. Again, theres no science in any of this just the application of observation, logic and reason.
Weโve done it for over hundred years and it works. Itโs been bush logic at its finest. Even before settlement in 1788, the indigenous inhabitants understood the strategic application of fire.
We stopped or made excuses or slow rolled and foot dragged when the environmental ideologues took charge and the effect is exactly as predicted.
Again, history demonstrates that hazard reduction mitigates the danger of bushfires.
Shark nets or hazard reduction itโs the flip side of the same coin.
Both are barriers between us and the worst nature has to throw at us. And both are road blocks to the crazed mission of the environmental ideologue.
And again itโs the same for the Net Zero debate and the rollout of renewable energy it will always be a boutique solution for a non existent problem.
Itโs unreliable, intermittent and expensive and will never replace baseload. They know this to be true but they donโt care.
They are anti us and havenโt made the link between energy and the economy.
But whether itโs shark nets or bush fire hazard reduction (or renewable energy) itโs all part of a piece.
Itโs the same tableau driven by the same fevered mindset and ideology.
In both cases, to the hard green ideologue, itโs not about humans or property itโs about marine life and bush critters.
Humans are of second order.
These people are the anti humans who present themselves as โprogressiveโ when in fact they are regressive.
