Because of the asymmetrical and guerilla nature of these random terror attacks the options are limited.
They would seem to be, do nothing and live with it OR do something. The only “something” I can think of is,
A, The expulsion of all family and relatives of terrorists from France, citizens or not, back to their home country irrespective of how long they’ve been in France.
And/or B, The confiscation of or demolition of all family property. When the average Muslim understands that they could have skin in the game this should focus the minds of all and make them pay attention to what’s going around them with family and friends and report them.
If this means new and brutal laws to deal with a new and brutal phenomenon, Then so be it.
