Hate speech and fact-checking are two blunt instruments dreamt up by the left over the last few years and they have been a couple of brilliant and highly successful strategies.

The left owns the franchise on both and in terms of capturing the high ground of public discourse they’ve been an outrageous success.

As opposed to the broad sweep of run of the mill propaganda, the thin lipped, finger wagging, narky, hall monitors at hate speech HQ have a more specific focus on the individual.

Both hate speech and fact checking are simply thought control mechanisms designed to curb the excesses of the thought criminal with both being tailored and designed to actually control speech and to eliminate particular views that rub up against the authorised narrative.

Hate speech is any speech that doesn’t comport with the approved guidelines of the left or triggers the snivelling fragile hankie suckers, hand-wringers, lip quiverers and bedwetters who have difficulty with and can’t cope with the most basic tasks. Like getting out of bed. Everyday is a challenge for these pathetic people.

Their feelings trump your facts.

The fact checking concept is related to those other weapons of choice of the left, misinformation and disinformation.

And they get to decide what is and what isn’t and in an act of Freudian projection they accuse every of both.

It is another masterstroke that allows them, with the self appointed privilege of deciding what is true or what is false.

As  you may have noticed, fact checkers are mainly used only by media organs and institutions of the left. This is because their arguments lack reason, logic and of course, facts.

They tend to follow the advice of a Mark  Twain: –

“𝐆𝐞𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐟𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐬 𝐟𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐦 𝐚𝐬 𝐦𝐮𝐜𝐡 𝐚𝐬 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐞”.

In order to support and buttress their numerous flakey, flimsy and pathetic positions they need to salt the earth and poison public discourse with their lies, distortions and misrepresentations and totally eliminate or at least minimise any and all countervailing points of view or any inconvenient truths.

Both hate speech and fact-checking are the motivating force and have all the hallmarks of the snarling,  pit-bull fascist and the totalitarian mindset.
