Random Notes - Idle ThoughtsDumped files show influence of George Soros on Western politics — Jennifer Oriel, The Australian
“..GetUp! has engaged in an effective reframing of politics by rebranding conservatives as the hard Right while recasting the Left as moderate or progressive. Many sections of the media have uncritically adopted GetUp!’s rhetoric, which effectively divides the Coalition by aligning conservatives falsely with a range of hard-Right views that they abhor..”

Any Western leader, analyst, or “expert” who at this late hour continues peddling the “grievance” narrative falls within the ever growing ranks of fools and liars..”

The words and the picture for those that just want scroll on by — The Australian editorial

Lindt siege inquest: Scipione, Burns preoccupied with PC ideas — The Australian
“…The inquest into the Martin Place siege this week revealed with horrifying clarity just how muddle-headed this nation’s response to the terror threat has become. When most Australians would have thought the only priority of police at the time would have been to save the lives of the hostages, we learn they were concerning themselves also with “community harmony” and “tolerance”.
$100bn hit to deepen budget debt crisis –The Australian
This is depressing on three fronts…..
1. The sheer enormity of the problem,
2. The seemingly “she’ll be right attitude” and the playing with politics coming from Labor who caused the problem.
3. Although it’s on the front page, the average person will just go ho-hum and turn the page.
